A dash of French Flair at Pachtuv Palace!

The frescoed halls of Prague's best-known baroque palace took on a distinctly French hue on the 2^nd May. Clientéle arriving for MaMaison's most recent high-society soiree were treated to a veritable feast for the senses. The event was billed as a celebration of French class, culture & cuisine. And that, it certainly was! Tables were heaped high with a heavenly selection of 'fromages et jambon', and skilled sommeliers stood by to guide guests through the somewhat 'burdensome' task of sipping a glass or two of exquisite French vintage. As the sun dipped low on the horizon, the silky sounds of live jazz settled gently over assembled guests. Truly, an evening celebrating the very best of French 'joie de vivre'!

A special exhibition by renowned French painter Marc Mignon, whose pictures do not only create
a spontaneous vision of the world but also offer vibrating and touchable material, provided a perfect visual accompaniment to the tastes, sounds and smells of this Gallic pastiche.
